Hunger level 1: Starving point where you are ravenous for food with possible “eating disorder hunger”

This type of hunger is often thought of and compared to the physiologic feeling that you may die or may starve, regardless it is very important that we become in tune with our bodily cues.  As you wake and enter the day challenge yourself to take time for your body and turn off the TV, radio, or what have you while you eat.  Listening to your body cues really gives you an opportunity to mindful of your body and your eating.
